There is a variety of lodging in Yosemite National Park including The Ahwahnee, Yosemite Lodge, Housekeeping, Tuolumne Meadows Lodge, White Wolf Lodge, Wawona, and Curry Village. You can cook outdoors and will be in the midst of a natural setting. They are ok, not lux, but more substantial than sleeping pads. You can buy firewood at the Housekeeping Camp Registration Office. we are only expecting basic accommodation so not expecting much from either. Housekeeping Camp is located near Curry Village with easy access to the free Yosemite Shuttles to explore the park.
